Worship In Motion Ministry is a part of the vision God has given International Prelate, Dr. Lloyd Benson, Sr. (World Link of Churches and Ministries, Inc.) for God’s church. It was pioneered in 1996 under the direction of Minister Andrea D. Gollop.
Minister Gollop received a unique anointing to dance before the Lord in 1993 and as a novice in dance (and in obedience to her local Pastor), she began to operate in the ministry of dance under the complete guidance of the Holy Spirit. It has been a path of faith, of spiritual subjection, of Holy living, and obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit. In return she learned to war in the spirit realm in the dance and triumph, she learned to rejoice and to worship in the dance. She learned the value of not depending on her gift, talents, or skills, but to rely on the Holy Spirit, her Chief Choreographer.
Since those wonderful years of impartation, Minister Gollop has continued to serve God in the ministry of dance while teaching and equipping others to do the same. She has danced locally and nationally and has been featured on various local Christian TV programs. Though the Holy Spirit primarily uses her in spontaneous worship, and as a prophetic and warfare dancer, over the years He has expanded her in the area of choreography and director of groups both large and small.
In 1999 Minister Andrea D. Gollop was appointed President of the World Link of Churches and Ministries, Inc. National Dance Ministries and again in 2005 as the WLCM International Dance Ministries' President.
Minister Andrea D. Gollop currently focuses her energies on the needs of Cathedral World Worship Center, and Life Cathedral Worship Center's Dance Ministries (collectively known as Worship In Motion), as well as coordinating the dance ministries throughout the World Link of Churches and Ministries, Inc. to form the WLCM Mass Dance Ensemble. Minister Gollop focuses on mentoring, training and developing dance leaders to effectively teach and operate dance ministries across the globe. Under her guidance dancers are taught to minister within a dance ensemble, to effectively minister in worship dance as a soloist, to choreograph and to produce those things necessary to a dance ministry such as flag and banner construction, garment design and construction, and other visual aids. Dancers are encouraged in discipline, structure, faith and holy living as is acceptable to the Lord, as well, as the importance of effectively flowing with your local pastor.
Minister Andrea D. Gollop is the founder of her own worship dancewear company, WorshipMoves Dancewear, which caters to the unique and modest needs of the worship dancer.
